Police Vetting is the process of screening club committee members, officials and volunteers to ensure there are no convictions or concerns that should exclude them from interaction with children.
Mountfort Park Water Polo Club requires all coaches, managers, committee members, and anyone else involved with players to be Police Vetted.
There are time restrictions on transferring players competing in Championship competitions. Clubs must ensure that these are complied with.
Player completes relevant fields of NZWP Club Transfer form and emails to the club they are transferring from.
The old club completes relevant fields and forwards to new club.
New club completes relevant fields of form and forwards to NZ Water Polo.
A Player Loan Application must be completed and submitted to NZWP prior to the start of a National Championship (it is recommended to check with NZWP for any required timelines for loan related processing).
